Christina has been amazing at helping so many clients through her Joint Pain Course at Nuffield Health in Aylesbury.  

She invited me in to share the practice of Yoga to her students.  These sessions were really well received, to the point that Christina wanted to get a regular class to really support the students in an ongoing basis.

 

It has been an opportunity to help change the lives of the students who committed themselves to the powerful practice of the 5 Tibetans, which we work each week.

The 5 Tibetans is also known as The Fountain of Youth. It is a simple practice, which allows us to focus the time learning how to make it really work for each student. As well as how to really connect with our body and movement.

As the weeks and months roll on, we are able to look back and see how what used to be difficult has become manageable, or maybe even easy.

This is the track we use in class to help guide us at a steady pace through the practice.

Breathing at this speed is a great practice in itself.  Please make good use of the recording.

I have a completely different mindset ,to when I first started and have come to realise that I can achieve so much more of myself,then I ever imagined.
2 years ago I needed a chair to get me off the floor....I used to dread going into my tin cupboard....,I couldn't cut the grass,cause of the pressure and pain in my wrists.
I have got so strong now,my family are in awe....and you have helped me the most on this recovery.
