This is an open beginners class.
We normally squeeze into the hour some warm up, some good foundation principals and practicing some poses and transitions.
There is already a very fun and friendly group of regulars forming, so come join us and get confident with how to lift, twist, turn, spin and spot safely.
I am always happy to incorporate things you want to focus on in class. Not many people do ask, but if there are specific things you would like to work on let me know.
