Tokei ‘The Hidden Gym’
This 45 minute class in London Bridge is a great way to start the week.
A gentle yet challenging exploration of the spine. As we move from the spine, which is our deepest core, the supporting extremities (limbs) become strong and flexible in a balanced way, our movement starts to flow and we become grounded, connected in body and light in spirit.
Occasionally we will explore some partner work in order to help us feel the direction of our actions.
This class is open to all as the Tokei centre offer very reasonable daily membership rates and great value monthly membership, no yoga mat is required as we work in a padded dojo.
